As first time buyers that had been constantly looking for a home for over one year, we finally found a home and decided to place an offer with Jerry but with the understanding that if we didn?t get this house we were going to take a break from the home shopping process. Not only did Jerry and his fabulous assistant, Narz happily represented us but they did so knowing that were FHA only which is a challenge all in itself!
They never over-promised in fact, they were always straight with us and communicated all details that were important for us to know and teaching us the process at the same time. There were moments in the process that we are positive that other agents would have given up on us but Jerry Armen persisted to the end.
As an example of their commitment, FHA required their own closing inspection but because the gas was previously turned off due to tenting of the house the inspection was rescheduled until the gas was turned back on?the only problem with that was the gas company?s next available appointment was three weeks away!! Narz got on the phone with the gas company herself and became so involved in our deal and lives that she actually became emotional and started crying!...needless to say the gas company turned on the gas the very next day and we closed on time!
